FIRE REGULATIONS:
The actions you need to take in the event of a fire in the hotel are specified in this regulation. You should review these actions and the floor plan on the back of the regulation. Various precautions have been taken against fire in our hotel. We have a trained fire team with fire extinguishers, alarm buttons and fire hoses on each floor and in the areas open to customers.
When you arrive at the hotel, locate the fire escape stairs and alarm buttons.
If you smell fire or smoke, immediately call the switchboard and provide detailed information or press the nearest alarm button.
When you hear the fire alarm bell or are warned by hotel staff, act calmly and follow the rules below.
First, close your windows. Open your room door and check if there is flame or smoke in the hallway.
If there is no smoke or flame in the hallway, leave your room and close your door without locking it. Go downstairs using the fire escape stairs.
If there is fire or flame in the hallway, calmly close your door immediately; and stay in your room. Prevent smoke from entering under the door with a wet towel. If smoke still enters the room, cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel.
Do not open or break the window unless there is smoke in your room; this will cause the fire to spread.
Remain calm and definitely do not try to get out of the window.
